Relax, Efficiently...

Hi, my name is Oliver.

I am a coach. Life, sports, business & happiness. This blog is my space to share with you everything I have learned about the world and how to navigate every aspect of it successfully.

Who am I to give you advice? I am living the life I dreamed, and I have got here by knowing what I wanted, getting the tools to make achieve it, and making it happen. You can take or leave what I say, I am merely sharing with you the organised thoughts of a trained mind. Try them on, if they don't fit, don't use them, if they do, great!

Let me know either way. In the meantime, keep reading...

Take back control of life with efficiency.

Do you ever have days where you feel like you'll never be in control?

You can take back control by making every little piece of your life more efficient. Efficientising, if you will.

What if, rather than never getting it all done, and trying to use some form of relaxing as an escape from it all, you could actually relax, knowing that life was in hand, actual peace of mind, genuine headspace. It's possible...

Efficiency is often associated with work and productivity, but its benefits can extend far beyond
the office. In fact, being efficient in our everyday lives can improve our overall well-being and make our daily routines more manageable. Here are just a few benefits of efficiency in everyday life:

  1. Saves time: By streamlining our daily tasks, we can free up more time for the things that matter most to us. Whether it's spending time with loved ones, pursuing a hobby, or simply relaxing, being efficient with our time can help us make the most of each day

  2. Reduces stress: When we're constantly rushing around and feeling overwhelmed, it can take a toll on our mental and physical health. By being more efficient, we can reduce stress levels and enjoy a greater sense of calm and control.

  3. Boosts productivity: When we're efficient, we can get more done in less time. This can help us feel more productive and accomplished, which can in turn motivate us to tackle even more tasks.

  4. Improves organisation: Efficiency often requires us to be more organised, which can have a positive impact on all areas of our lives. Whether it's keeping our home tidy or staying on top of our finances, being organised can help us feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

By incorporating efficiency into our daily routines, we can enjoy a more balanced, productive, and fulfilling life.

It's all about habits. Everytime you add something to your routine, make it as efficient and self-sustaining as possible. Imagine what your life would look like if everything in it was self-sustaining.

I will share the ways to ultimate life efficiency as we go. But for today, take one small thing in your life that is out of control, it could be your shoe rack, it could be your kitchen drawer, something that slows your life down and takes time and mind space away, and make it more efficient. Clear out, throw away, efficientise, and notice the small light feeling you get.

Remember, being efficient doesn't mean rushing through tasks or sacrificing quality - it's about finding ways to work smarter, not harder. So take the first step today and start reaping the benefits of a more efficient life!
